Production
Guidelines:
1. Size:
Custom bouncy balls are available in 27, 32, 45, 49, 60, 65, and 75mm sizes. We
are capable of producing your order in almost any size. If you require a size
besides the one listed above please let us know and we will see if we can
produce it for you.
2. Colors:
Unlike other small time promotion companies that offer custom bouncy balls in
basic colors only. We are capable of producing your custom bouncy ball order in
almost any color imaginable. We can split your bouncy balls into 2 color designs
with one half being a totally separate design and color from the other half.
3. Packaging:
We are a full service production facility. Bulk packaging into heavy corrugate
cardboard boxes is included with every custom bouncy balls order. If you require
any special packaging like shrink wrapped packages of 12 balls each or canisters
of 25 bouncy balls at a time please let us know. Custom packaging solutions are
available for a small extra fee.
4. Design:
You dream it up, and we’ll make it bounce! It is in our superior design and
extreme quality controls that you will see the difference. During the production
process any deviations in the placement of a design or color mismatches are
discarded and do not end up on your final order. Many times we have to produce
extra 10% - 20% bouncy balls to fulfill an order because of a difficult design
that made us discard too many imperfections. Whether you are looking for a
transparent bouncy ball with your logo on a picture card in the middle or a dual
colored bouncy ball we have a custom solution for you.

5. Prices, Payment, & Refund Policy:
Custom bouncy balls products vary from customer to customer. The following is a
guideline for the costs you will have:

$500 extra (applies to orders less than 50,000 balls or
$5,000) |

50% is due when order is placed with the remaining balance

As with any custom produced product we have a strict no refund policy
in place. However, until this day we have yet to receive a request for a refund
on our custom bouncy balls we are definite you will appreciate the quality and
value these custom bouncy balls add to your company’s next marketing campaign or
special event.
6. Production Timeline:
From the time we receive your complete order (size, colors, packaging, artwork,
and a 50% down payment) it takes us 7-10 days to produce samples for your
inspection. Digital images of the samples are sent to you electronically for
your final approval (actual custom bouncy balls can be mailed to you for $25 S&H
fee). After you approve the samples it takes us 8 weeks before your order is
complete.
