Item A - Return Rules
- Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse.
- Items must be in their original packaging, in never-used and re-sellable condition.
- You MUST call and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on your boxes before you ship any product back to our facility. Any merchandise that arrives without an RMA number clearly marked on the box will be refused. RMA numbers must be marked on all boxes being returned.
- You must include a printed copy of your receipt (you receive it by e-mail after you place your order). If you no longer have that email please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email it to you again.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise. In addition, we cannot arrange for pick up of your returning item.
- If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Care Representative immediately at 1-888-666-4477. "Damaged On Arrival" requests will not be honored 24 hours after delivery.
- You can expect a refund, less 15% restock fee, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product.
- If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our warehouse locations, you must present your printed purchase receipt emailed to you after you complete the website checkout.
Item B - Return Exceptions
- Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Please familiarize yourself with the following exceptions:
- For Health Reasons, Edible products may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This includes refills sold as a package deal with machines. You may return the machines but not the edible products purchased with it.
- Replacement parts are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any replacement parts for any reason.
- Any customized product cannot be refunded. This includes but is not limited to customized coin mechanisms, customized bouncy balls, custom imprinted gumballs, custom machine productions and any other item that we usually do not stock and have to produce according to your request.
- This includes orders cancelled prior to product leaving our warehouse and refusal of delivery situations.
After completing the check out process online or completing a purchase over the phone with a sales associate any orders cancelled prior to a tracking number being generated will incur a 10% order processing fee.
Refusal of Delivery / Carrier Unable To Complete Delivery such as:
If a shipment carrier is unable to complete a delivery for any reason and a package is returned to shipper" or if a buyer refuses shipment for any reason at an attempted delivery for reasons other than damaged merchandise. In both above cases, the buyer is refunded the cost of the products only, less 15% restocking fee, less the cost incurred to ship those products to our warehouse.
Item D - Change of Address after Order Submission
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a valid, non-P.O. Box shipping address. Any changes or corrections to an address submitted on a completed order prior to delivery will incur additional charges which may range from $15 up to the full new shipping rate to be calculated.
Item E - Returning Oversized Items or Freight Shipments
Our associates at Gumball Machine Warehouse will help you get in contact with a freight company to help deliver your products back to our warehouse. Please note that it is your responsibility to make the shipping arrangement with the freight company and to ensure safe delivery of your items back to our warehouse.
- The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely in original packaging.
- Enclose a copy of the original packing slip with the item.
- Contact a Customer Care Representative at 1-866-648-6225 to receive an RMA number and instructions on arranging for a freight delivery company to pick up your item(s). Please have your order number available when you call.
- You must be home at the time of pick-up and the item(s) must be at the door for the freight driver.
- > You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 business days of our receiving the item(s). Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- f there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, it is absolutely necessary that you call a Customer Care Representative immediately at 1-888-666-4477. All "Damaged Arrival" requests will not be honored 24 hours after a delivery has been made.
Item F - Damaged / Deffective On Arrival (DOA)
We routinely send our packaging boxes out to a testing facility to ensure adequacy of support for your quality products during the shipping process. Far shipping zones, multiple trailer changes, and conveyor belt tracks exert a toll on any packaging material. Therefore, upon arrival of your order please inspect all boxes before the carrier leaves for any signs of damage or insult to packaging materials paying close attention to the corners of< the boxes to inspect if any metal part or piece has punched through during ground transportation.
IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE THAT YOU CONTACT A SALES AGENT AT 1-866-648-6225 IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME A DELIVERY IS MADE IF WE ARE TO PROCESS A "DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL" CLAIM FOR YOU. AFTER 24 HOURS HAVE ELAPSED WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS SUCH A CLAIM AND THE NORMAL WARRANTY / REFUND PROCESS APPLIES .
Please inspect your machines fully upon arrival to ensure proper function. You have up to 48 hours to process a defective on arrival claim tag after which your normal warranty applies. If it is concluded that we have shipped you a defective product we will gladly pick up such said product and replace it to you for the same product at no cost to you. In case you decide you do not wish to have the product replaced, instead you would like to return the product, the normal refund process applies including all applicable fees.
Item G - Closing Word
The refund policy described above constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy for any product return claims relating to a Gumball Machine Warehouse Product. The refund policy exceptions set out in this Refund Policy are governed by carrier charges in some instances, credit card processing charges, or simply the cost of labor. Your completion of an order either online through our shopping cart or over the phone with one of our sales associates constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms of this Gumball Machine Warehouse Refund Policy.
IN NO CASE WILL THE LIABILITY OF GUMBALL MACHINE WAREHOUSE EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD.
